HOmestead red wine blend
The Silver Reef 2022 Homestead Red Wine Blend is a Bordeaux Blend composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec. Rich black cherry, black currant flavors surrounding dusty seasoned soft tannins, and its deep purple hue and rich color come from grapes being grown and produced at our vineyard. The cool summer nights at this elevation help preserve the grape’s natural vibrant acidity and the abundant sunshine at this elevation helps produce smaller size berries with thicker skins, which leads to wines of stout structure and richness.
Estate Rosé wine
The Silver Reef 2023 Rosé is a blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, 100% grown and produced at our estate vineyard. Fermented in a temperature controlled concrete egg to allow the wine to be fermented with suspended lees to add more richness, the estate fruit harvested in the middle of the night shows Subtle aromas of strawberry, watermelon, orange blossom, and layered mineral characteristics imparted by the volcanic substate of rock layers combined with the natural bright acidity of these lots make this the perfect wine to enjoy this summer and fall.

Silver Reef wines are 100% grown and produced at 5,047 feet elevation at The Ellis Family’s estate vineyard.
The winery has been hand tended by Gary and his family since 2006. Perched in the shoulder of Pine Valley Mountain above St. George, Utah and unknownst to all, the property has deep sandstone-based soils interspersed with large volcanic cobble stones.
Silver Reef wines is part of a larger family of brands produced in Southern Utah, including Silver Reef Brewery, and Silver Reef Spirits located in St. George.
